How does the Bubble Tent work?
The bubble is air-supported and has an airlock entrance. A gentle flow of air maintains the shape and provides fresh air.
Is it warm enough in the Bubble Tent in winter?
Yes, thanks to the heating and electric blanket, it stays comfortable even on cooler days. Of course, you can also sleep in the vacation apartment.
What is the difference between Bubble Tent Standard and Bubble Tent Exclusive at the Winzerhof?
With the Bubble Tent Standard, you have the Bubble experience and also use a separate vacation apartment unit; with the Bubble Tent Exclusive, the entire "Suite Max Mountain View" vacation apartment is reserved exclusively for you and included in the price.
Where is the BubbleTent?
The bubble tent is located in the private garden area of the vacation apartment.
Can I stay several nights?
The minimum stay is 2 nights, but you can of course stay longer.
Is the kitchen really fully equipped?
From pots and pans to cutlery and small items - everything is available.
Is there electricity and light in the Bubble Tent?
Yes, you have a power supply and lighting - so you can charge as normal and make yourself comfortable.
Is the hot tub private?
Yes, the hot tub and sauna are all yours during your stay.
What ways of payment do you accept?
You can pay online with PayPal, credit card, voucher, Klarna or in advance.
Cancellation or rebooking - what is possible?
You can cancel free of charge up to 10 days before your arrival. The exact regulations depend on the tariff and general terms and conditions.
What is the difference between a location voucher and a value voucher?
Location vouchers are only valid for the Bubble Tent Winzerhof Exclusive, value vouchers can be used flexibly for all locations.
What happens if we arrive later?
In most cases, this is feasible - ideally, let us know shortly so that check-in and handover remain relaxed.
Are there special packages for romantic occasions?
For €30 you can book the romantic upgrade: sparkling wine + torches.
Are there decorations or prepared arrangements?
Yes, subject to availability. Indicate your request when booking and we will discuss it with the host.
Can we taste or buy wine from the winery?
This is exactly what makes the Winzerhof so special: Wine is part of the experience, often as a recommendation for the evening in the bubble.
Can I prepare a surprise for my partner?
Yes - it's best to coordinate the timing and details beforehand.
What about staying in the rain or storm?
We monitor the weather and inform you in the event of impending storms. You can always move into the warm apartment.
Is there an emergency contact?
Yes, you will receive the contact details with the arrival information. The host can be contacted.
How often do you clean?
The bubble will be cleaned before you check in. The sanitary areas will of course be kept clean.
Can the Bubble Tent burst?
No - it is made of reinforced material and is under controlled air pressure.
